It is actually what I worry about these days as someone who has lived long enough, survived enough to remember and see how not normal things look out in average society. Is it just a country of migrants? Here is what I have noticed.
People still tend to gather, congregate with their own peoples from OTHER COUNTRIES. It means people of Canada tend to work with and socialize with fellow Canadians and likewise… Mexicans with Mexicans, Japanese with Japanese, Ukrainians with Ukrainians, Indians with Indians, Israelis with Israelis… and many more. And it is noticeable which countries are not well represented here. Meaning, they don’t actually have large groups here at all. They appear to have remained in their home country and are NOT trying to have a presence here.
Some may disagree with me. Some may quietly laugh and not want to discuss it. And you all do know, how many people PRETEND they are something other than they are? How many Mexicans are pretending to be from India and/or part Egyptian/other Middle Eastern? Or the opposite? Are people joining together based on skin colors and tones? Would they do this to “fit in” and just be a part of a large group?
The U.S.A. looks invaded by groups from other countries because they come here, stick together AND makes deals with the “motherland” or “home country”. Sometimes it is for getting along with other groups, sometimes not at all… for leveraging peoples from other countries within U.S.A. borders.
Unlucky me, I look born here(I think) and I have gotten to meet and put up with all kinds of unbelievable [censored]. I’ve been between all kinds of peoples/gangs/groups here–honestly trying to survive. I do forgive them for being upset and not behaving normally. I can’t help but wonder if I was sent here from another country very young though. To join in on the mess that it is.
Primarily, is the U.S.A. mostly invaded from the north by Canada and from the south by Mexico? Here is a bit of humor: Have a look at all the Spanish/Mexican names used to name places and companies… and also what looks named or labeled English/French/Canadian. Sometimes it looks like leaderships are playing games and competing by all the language influences throughout all the states.
In some ways I’ve thought how nice it would be to live in another country. Then I think, I may actually miss the mess that is this one.
