What this usually means is something is not an opportunity, look elsewhere. Don’t stand around staring at something that will “never be correct” or “will never pay right” or “just won’t work right” for your own needs.
Believe it or not, some people will stare at a locked door. Fuming, even beat on it. Knowing it won’t open.
Some people politely try a door and if it won’t open they immediately walk away. Some will try to force their way in, convinced this is “their path no matter what”.
A closed or locked door means what is beyond it may not be for you. Humans are decent at telling each other what is going on, normally anyway.
How many movies have you seen where a bunch of police cars drive up to a warehouse… this is fun… all the noise and people in protective gear and weapons…and they get the warehouse door knocked in and they all rush in… and it is empty. Or it is the wrong warehouse entirely filled with stinky caged and loose chickens not a bunch of stolen goods and money. Yeah, bad day.
Sometimes it works out and there is a heist to arrest, and sometimes the locals warn the detectives first, “Hey, they are gone already” and the SWAT team swears and yells madly after entering the empty warehouse.
The real deal is some humans are a “closed door” themselves because others made them limited. Forcing yourself on a limited person may not give you what you think. They may look like a “big deal” or a “house of money and clout” and the reality is even if they have been before they could be “just feathers” now.
They key thing is to NOT BE the police standing in an empty or chicken filled warehouse and standing… waiting… standing… waiting… insisting someone with “the goods” is going to come back eventually.
Some crazy police and SWAT may decide to check all of the warehouses in the area… noting they are locked, closed doors and gave no notice to the people who own or rent the buildings. It’s actually illegal for them to just randomly choose themselves. They have to have a WARRANT which means a REAL REASON and CAUSE to do this type of invasion. Closed, locked doors REMINDS them of this. If the doors are open or unlocked, they can actually walk up and ASK TO ENTER. Get permission.
Standing outside of a warehouse of unknown contents and staring at a closed door is not a good thing for a criminal or a police officer.
I hope these entertaining writings remind you of life!
Something came up with a person I know. They are “just a name” not the actual working or investment people in a certain city. Means they are not involved with paying for things or earnings. They are a closed door for someone needing money, work… you get the idea? If they are just someone to talk to, talk to them. They likely will TELL YOU their “place (or work position) in this world”.
